The Skyline Villas project is a refurbishment of multiple areas in the original 3 bedroom; 2 Bathroom Villa. Refurbishment are as follows:

• Break out existing kitchen and replace with new cabinetry; countertops; appliances; and floor tiling;
• Constructing of new laundry area adjacent to newly refurbished kitchen
